- Discussed progress on multi-channel donation drive setup. Sandeep S working with GuideStar and Benevity to get maximum coverage.
- Mel Events and photos. We discussed where can the 2020 Mel photos can be uploaded. For now we do not have a permanent place. Sandeep S to continue looking for cost efficient way to host these event pictures and videos.
- Need to add a Budget section not Shakti Seva page. This will provide transparency to the overall collections and disbursements.
- Need a minutes of the meeting page to record all meetings in accordance with 501(c).
- Himmat Singh provided an update on Florida Mel committee. The team met and identified the convenor and location for 2023 Mel. More details to follow.
- Reach out to Mahendra Bana for Diwali Rama Shama. Devyani Baisa help on that to setup the Rama Shama for the 5th Dec.
- Website home page update with the new team. New section for Advisory committee.
- Add Shakti Seva India Advisory team to Shakti Seva page. Need more details on Baisa's being supported.
- Setup a Registration process for new members
- Clean up WhatsApp group's admins. Need to form a page for rules of participation in WhatsApp group.
